   Recently vegan and really miss dining out !!! Took my 3 non vegan family members & everyone agrees it was just simply outstanding!!! the ambience, the service the presentation and the food were on par with any fine dining establishment!

   Amazing. One of the greatest places in the country - certainly the best in the Wilmington region. Try the butternut squash soup and the chocolate cake!

   We are not Vegan but after dining here we could become. The menu was creative and the food was absolutely fantastic. The wine selection was extensive. The service was exceptional. We can't wait to return.

   I wish I would take this restaurant with me wherever I move to. Anastasia and Zach and her whole crew have created a plant-based shangri-la that is worth the almost 2 hour drive to reach! The food, the people, the decor, the drinks, the ambience and the menu are absolutely magical. Thank you! Again and again! Love it!

   I guess they were somehow short-staffed both in the kitchen and the front of the house, but having spent years working in restaurants, that still doesn’t explain what happened: -Took 50 minutes for first course to arrive, which turned out to be inedible room temp soup. We saw it sitting in the window for 20 minutes. During this 50 minutes, nobody visited our table. -Took another 50 minutes for the second course to arrive. -Couldn’t get a second round of drinks during our meal. -The room temp soups, which we didn’t eat and immediately sent back, were still on the check (discounted 25%)😂. This restaurant sorely needs a manager, or an additional server, or a bus boy, or a bartender, or an extra line cook. On this night, it had none of those things, and it showed.

   We enjoyed the Valentine dinner with wine pairings for each of the 5 courses! ❤️ We were seated promptly and our first course was brought to us immediately. Very tasty artisan bread. Each course was timely, however, our sweet waitress mixed up the soup and salad. She caught her mistake and was apologetic. The only food issue were the scallops which were chewy and dry. The overall experience was great but I sort of felt hurried due to the number of patrons who made reservations. We were given the check immediately after the last bite of dessert. No offer of coffee or a digestif. There was a professional photographer but no offer of whether we could see or purchase the photo. She bugged the couple 3 times while one of them was in the bathroom and they finally said, they didn’t want a photo. I love the vibe of The Greenhouse and the creativity of the dishes. I’ll certainly be back!
