   Thank you for making our special family day even more special …. With a beautiful setting, friendly and efficient staff and tasty food. The Grounds never disappoint!! If you’re looking for that special “fairy tale” experience with no stone left unturned when it comes to detail …. This is the place. From booking to dining was easy and effortless.    I had my baby shower here on the weekend and had a truly memorable experience! All my guests LOVED the glasshouse setting, the food was delicious and the lady who served us was delightful! I just wish we could have had some more scones and a bit longer of a sitting - 2 hours would have been great! But I honestly had the best time ever. Thank you for making my baby shower so special!

   One meal came within 5 minutes of ordering and the rest we wited 20 mins for they should all have been served together. When the meals were served the fries were cold as they had been at the pass waiting for so long. More maple syrup needs to be provided for the pancakes otherwise they are to dry. Ordered a latte and it was so strong that it needed three sugars to be drinkable as the milk was merely a little froth, for a place that prides itself on amazing coffee neither coffees we had were close to that description.

   The food was delicious and served quickly. In the past it has been impossible to find parking, on this occasion parking was organised and directed by attendants. The decorated laneways were controlled by staff and required a receipt for entry. Bookings definitely required. A very pleasant experience.

   Was my birthday lunch and I am so disappointed. We’re waiting for meal 45 min . Burger was cold ( meat ) even cheese not melted . My salad supposed to be hot salmon unfortunately was cold . No knifes I asked to bring , no napkins again asked , no sugar or honey with chai tea , no tea spoon . We will never ever come back up here .

   The Grounds High Tea experience was a perfect place to host a birthday get together. The venue and decorations were beautiful and the food was really nice. Really great value!

   Overhyped and crowded. The food was mediocre though the coffee was good. The space is small and crammed, not ideal from big families unless you’re willing to squeeze in and get knocked upon a couple of times.

    Great atmosphere. Great service. Most of us ordered the fish tacos… quite bland with virtually just a small battered piece of fish only and a tad few strings of what dry slaw. Basically hardly Any filling and fish undersized. Get fish tacos at many places and these were quite underwhelming. Seared tuna salad was amazing and wish most of us ordered that! . Great staff and would definitely go back to either see the fish tacos improved or just order the tuna salad for us pescatarians!
