   Was looking forward to going after there remodel. The service was fair. Had to ask for water 3 times. Food and drinks came out slow and we had a 6:00pm reservation. Then after 3 hours had to ask for the check. Very disappointed.

   I booked a reservation at this restaurant for my birthday. I was in town from New York and thought this would be the perfect place to celebrate, boy was I wrong! The hostess didn’t seem to care that I was standing at the door for almost an hour waiting for a table. Eventually we were seated at a half cleaned table next to the bathroom. The staff even bumped into me passing by. I tried to make the best of it but the staff’s incompetence made it unbearable. We were completely ignored and after about 30 minutes the waiter finally came to take our drink orders. After ANOTHER 30 minute wait my boyfriend and i decided to just leave. The ambiance is nice, seemed like a vibe but I wasn’t able to enjoy the experience.

   As always the H never disappoints!! Food , service, ambience is next to done. and the stylish setting and beautiful people just add to the experience! we had a group of 6 and everyone was truly impressed! special kudos to tatiana our waitress and alina our bar tender for their excellent service !!

   The server and assistant were rude and pushy. I travel all over the world and even NYC, Dubai and DC aren’t this money hungry and pushy. I could barely understand her meal descriptions. She made a face anytime we didn’t accept her suggestions. The chef came out to showcase our steak and he was very professional and did a good job. The steak was well cooked and great quality. I had the ceviche served in a coconut milk sauce and was disappointed with the flavors. We spent over 150 dollars per person and they didn’t smile once. This is so unprofessional and I will only return to the bar.

   I had an amazing night! It was my birthday 10/11 and it was great spending it here. Food was amazing and got out very fast and drinks were nice and strong. Got a little surprise for my birthday also which was the icing on the cake. Great service and fun time inside.

    I eat at fine dining all across the country. This was truly one of the better restaurants I mean that in a long time. I just went to a Michelin star restaurant two nights ago and the H blew it away. The food is creative and it's flavors amazing in the preparation. And they do a lot of tableside dishes and shows.
