   The alcoholic drinks were tiny. Looked 1/2 full. The pizza was not crisp. The chicken not crisp. The brussel sprouts were great. The waitress was adorable. The tip wAs included but we then were asked for another tip on the final bill. What was that.

I'm sorry that on the other hand you were disappointed with the pizza, the chicken and the alcoholic drinks that you had. We have strict standards in place for food, beverage and service to ensure quality every step of the way, but it looks like we dropped the ball during your visit. I'm truly sorry that happened during your visit and would love the opportunity to make it up to you should you like to come by again and give us another chance.    I was very disappointed when 2 people are automatically charged a 20% gratuity fee… when did this happen? Our server was extremely poor. The rest was very nice. However, I won’t go there again because I had no option with my gratuity. I’m an excellent tipper for the appropriate service. She was non existent and I’d rather of given her a fair, 15%…

   We sat in a back corner near the front of the restaurant. From our spot the music was bearable but it can be very loud in certain areas. Our server Alec was great and he was hustling all night. I only have two issues with the night. The service bar was not on point. We were finished with our appetizer before our initial drink order was served. The other issue was the old fashioned was served with regular ice instead of a large bourbon rock. For a restaurant at this price point, that should be a standard item in certain cocktails. This was our third time and we would definitely return.

   Everything was great until we asked for the bill. Our server who was awesome then had to explain that we needed to use the QR code which we did. But then we had to ask about the additional charges on the bill. The restaurant is a bit on the expensive side so when our server explained the bill it got crazy expensive. The restaurant adds on an Auto-gratuity of 20%. We asked does this go to the server only and were told no the server only gets 11% of that and the rest is service charges for corporate, credit card fees etc. So then we have to figure out the additional amount of a tip that we need to leave our server. Once we decide on that we go to pay and there is another charge of $4.90 for the digital use of paying our bill. Shame on the company for leading us to believe the auto gratuity would go to the server if we had not asked and we also found out that the company took away the server's hourly wage in addition to this charge that does not all go to them. Can't believe that the restaurant has any employees and how can they even afford to work there.This is ridiculous and we will not be going back!!!!!

   This was our first time dining at Hampton Social. The restaurant was cute and very clean. Our waitress Sienna was amazing. We all enjoyed brunch. The food was well seasoned and their house Rosé was actually good. The kitchen was quick and the meal felt well paced and not rushed. We will likely come back.
