   We were given a table on the patio which we requested but one of our party has full sun in his eyes and they would not lower blinds so he could see. He had to get angry and ask manager to move us!!Luckily he did then but it did not make for a happy 25 mins!!! Bad service from serving staff who should have called manager ho help faster.

   Lots of places to dine - we tried a half-dozen - during our first trip together to Naples - and Hampton Social was the hands-down best. Items were priced similar to, or below, nearby tourist traps. But the Social's ingredients and prep were far superior. Charming, articulate staff as well!

   We’ve been fans of Hampton Social since it opened mainly because of the menu variety, GF options for my daughter and I love shopping in Mercato after. Last night we were very disappointed. When we were seated, we were asked what kind of water we wanted. We always ask for tap water. They brought out a bottle of chilled water which I assumed was tap (what we ordered). The menu has changed since we were last there- prices have gotten crazy. $19 for a small brussel sprouts appetizer, for example. When the bill came, I noticed we were charged $18 for the “tap water” (we had 2 bottles) that had been brought to the table. When I asked the waitress if charging for tap water was something new, she quickly apologized (like this happens a lot) and said the hostess/busser must’ve mixed up what kind of water we wanted. So she had that taken off of our bill. She also asked if we wanted to pay our bill via the QR code on the table. I noticed another $5 charge for that once I opened the bill. An automatic tip also was added for our party of 3… and a screen also popped up to give an additional tip. I always am one to generously tip- but the automatic tip always feels odd to me unless you have a large party. We walked out feeling nickel’d and dime’d to death. And also noticed the restaurant had been almost empty since we we arrived at 7 and left about 8:30. 😬 There are soooooo many other excellent restaurants in the Naples area. We won’t be back to Hampton Social.

   Great dinner and food. Clean plate club by all in our party. Live music, heaters, and exceptional service from the staff. We will be back!

   This restaurant isn't anything to write home about. I think the menu is kinda strange with not alot of options and the food was just okay. Also, very overpriced for what you get IMO.

    delicious! Enjoyed the crab and shrimp bruschetta and the crispy tofu was amazing! The room is very large and the ceilings very tall so the noise level is very high and not great for conversation. Also, the wine by the glass prices are too high ($18 for 6 oz glass??)
