Only sitting outside but we were warned. They did offer heat lamps and lap blankets which def came in handy. Food was scrumptious. Large party made other guests food items come out slower.

We had a great time! The food was spot on, service was friendly, and we loved the quaint room ! Hero Ranch gets an A+ as usual. My favorite place in the South Bay.

We had a fantastic time in the wine room dining area. Everything was fantastic! While we did have one minor issue for a moment with something, it didn’t matter the staff and everyone handled it like masters. Honestly if you’re looking for the top tier steak restaurant with incredible ambience, top tier quality cuisine, service and incredible location. You simply cannot beat this place! Jocelyn has absolutely impeccable wine presentation and is a complete delight to be helped by. Alan (the GM) is also incredibly kind, and a fantastic host. Hands down the best of the best of the best in the entire South Bay - easily! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic night!

Fantastic Lobster Bisque! The filet steak was perfection. Awesome bread pudding! I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

excellent meal and not as pricey as I had expected. Of course, we brought our own wine which would normally add quite a bit to a dinner bill if ordering from the bar. Also one of the best Ole fashions' we have had! The staff was great as we had read in prior review; from the hostess to the waiters. Eric was great! We got their early and they gave us a place to sit ( out of the way of everyone) until our table was free. It was just a tad chilly where we were sitting at the end of the patio. But blankets, heat lamps and cushions fixed all of that. I will certainly go back for appetisers/side dishes that we didn't try. The only challenge was the parking. Prime dinner time on the weekend requires parking patience and parking karma.

I was amazed how quiet it was when the firetruck came with its gurney to pick up the woman having a stroke inside the restaurant. Very discreetly done as they carted the woman out of the restaurant into their firetruck. Servers and mgmt knew what to do!!! 👍
