A clandestine fine dining restaurant serving Chinese-inspired dishes that marry the innovation of Jean-Georges with flavors of the East, tucked away for a feeling of discovery. New York’s best kept secret, with intricate gold wallpaper and blue velvet banquettes.

Is there any reason to eat Chinese food at the Seaport when Chinatown is a 10-minute walk away? YES! The elegant, upscale, friendly experience is matched by the excellent food. Perfectly balanced flavors, well-chosen spices, surprising desserts are all served in a cozy room with a hip (but not too hip) vibe.

The waitress disappeared once she took our order. In the several times I have been there the service was efficient and attentive I finally had to call the manager over. She was horrible

Beautiful looking restaurant. Great service. But the food option is too small and too overly drenched in sauces. Food is not great but it’s a really pretty restaurant.

The best non-traditional Thanksgiving!! We lived in Beijing for 4 years and felt like we had been transported back. Such a delight. Food was exceptional - had the Peking Duck and it was so good. Service and ambiance was lovely. We were in NYC from Cincinnati Ohio and 10/10 would recommed.

i took my boyfriend here for his 55th birthday, since it is in close proximity to mercer labs, where we had gone first. the interior is gorgeous and the food and drinks were fantastic. i recommend the cucumber and eggplant apps, and the ginger friend rice was amazing. the staff was lovely and attentive. we'll be back!
