A ripple in the space time continuum, The Houston Blacklight is a portal to a hedonistic escape where the drinks flow, the food delights and the welcoming vibe is always right. Located in the beloved former Night Light Lounge space, the cocktail bar is a playful mashup of Atomic Era fantasy and rough-edged elegance brought to you by the same team behind Portland restaurants Gado Gado and Oma’s Hideaway.
The Houston Blacklight has teamed up with Chef Adán Fausto to bring his vibrant seafood dishes to our kitchen, featuring the Pacific coast bounty from Alaska to Mexico. Adán’s menu reflects his family’s Baja California roots, his Michelin-starred training from LA to NYC, and a deep reverence for the ocean cultivated from working at a shellfish farm off the Oregon coast.
