   This was the 3rd or 4th time we've gone to the Hulman for dinner. We were somewhat disappointed in the scaled back dinner menu. In fact, the menu on the web page offered a Salmon dish but when we went to the restaurant it was no longer available. The wine and the service via Jamie were excellent.

   Dined today (Valentines Day 2025). Very professional and respectful valet and host/hostesses. Initial ambiance was great, although the tables were a little too close for my liking. Server was nice, however, after asking for a little more time with the menu, disappeared for 30 minutes. Not sure why, but she gave my date and I a normal menu (our table only), without requesting it (valentine’s dinner menu was more expensive, and I am younger than most guests). The bread they serve is room temperature, and the butter is cold. However, the appetizers and entrees were amazing. Decided to skip dessert because of the service. Overall, great place for a date, just beware of the cautionary signs in this review.

   Excellent service. One of the burgers we ordered didn’t come out as ordered and they very addressed without us asking and very quickly.

   I love salt, very much a savory person. But this was the saltiest meal I have ever tasted. Will not be returning as it wasn’t to my liking.

   Great food and drink but the beer tasted odd and was served too warm so we traded for another that was also warm. Wine and food very good to great. Service was medium to ok but not great. But service was friendly and responsive to any issue. But where are all the people?! We came for dinner pre Pacers game and there were only 3 people at the bar and NO other diners at all! Why? We loved the food and location -just walked to the game.

    The Hulman was excellent! Food selection is great & reasonably prices for a hotel restaurant. We went for brunch. The breakfast sandwich was hot & very tasty! The best part of our experience was our server, Sherry. Sherry attentive & friendly, making us feel at "home." She also did a great job sharing information about the other amenities of The Hulman. She asked a colleague to give us a tour of the rooftop bar space...which is AMAZING....I'm thinking about hosting my bday dinner here next year! :) Be sure to check out The Hulman. I can't wait to go back to try cocktails & dinner!
