   Food was fab. Only criticism is that we were very rushed. Waitress was taking plates away almost before we had finished. The service all seemed a bit "pretence" and not very genuine. Shame cos food was lovely.

   We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and everyone made us feel very special. The service was exceptional as was the food, the total experience very memorable. Will definitely revisit.

   It was a wonderful evening and the food and service fantastic . The only disappointment came from my 18 yo daughter , her friend and my son who is older were ID checked and because they didn’t have their passports or any ID with them , they were refused wine with their meal and any drinks which slightly changed the celebratory occasion. We don’t normally drink but on a special night out we would not have expected to have this to have been refused. I belive that they should tell diners when booking g that without ID they will be refused alcohol . Never has this ever happened before in my life time of dining out with my family. I am 56 and my husband 66 so it was a shock.

   Bit disappointed, to tell the truth. Really cold where we were sitting. Asked to be moved all to no avail. We had booked three weeks earlier!!! Staff were no professional enough considering the expectations...when you pay certain prices you should get a certain service, no?

   This was our 1st Visit to the Ivy Asia. We ate off the set luch menu which is £19.95 for two courses. Food very good as was the service, adiquate choice for a set menu. Ambiance lovely. Guess my 1 criticism , which is true of all the Ivy restaurants we have visited is that you are paying top end prices but the tables are very small and very close. Think for the money I expect not to be squeezed in. Luckly not too busy at lunchtime

   We were celebrating my son’s 18th birthday. Laila our waitress/host was very attentive, especially with my allergies. The violinist was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun.

    Incredible dining experience for v special occasion - daughter’s 18th - noted by door staff as soon as we entered. Every mouthful a delight! Had the Premium Tasting Experience - well worth it as could explore the menu. Outstanding presentation & service & attention to detail. Had the best afternoon, thank you!
