   Decor and food was amazing but staff not the best! Took over 40mins to get a drink and not the friendliest! Very expensive

   Great place. Great service. Prawn Rendang was good. Not very Indonesian flavour. The duck and lobster rise was bland. The nibbles were tasty as well as the prawn dumplings. The deserts were all good and tasty. Thank you

   Very friendly, outstanding service and staff, great food with many vegan options, and a nice vibe with a live DJ. Our waitress Karyna and the restaurant manager were exceptional and were attentive even though the restaurant was full. We have visited Ivy Asia many times and have always had a great experience. We will definitely visit again.

   We enjoyed our time and the food was delicious. I have given a low grade for services as they were slow topping up our drinks and as they got busy the food was a little slow…. I was also appalled at being rushed at the end of our meal as we had hit the 1.45 min window. We were asked politely if we would mind finishing our drinks at the bar which we confirmed we had no issue with this. Literally at the end of the question our drinks were whipped off the table and the waiter stood waiting for us to move. I felt this was rude and if they needed the table that badly they could have given us the heads up and allowed a few mins so we could pack up our phones bags etc. this last act left me quite annoyed and spoiled what was a good evening.

    I recently visited Ivy Asia Chelsea and, unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet the standard I had hoped for. Upon arrival, we were not greeted properly – they didn’t take our coats, which is usually standard in a place like this. We had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated because our table wasn’t ready. I had requested a bigger table in advance for a celebration, but no accommodations were made, which was disappointing. I also informed the restaurant ahead of time that one of our guests had a garlic allergy, yet there were only a limited number of dishes that could be made available to them. This felt like a lack of attention to detail and care for guest needs. The atmosphere was much louder and more crowded than I expected, which made it difficult to have a pleasant conversation. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations I had for this restaurant, especially given its reputation. I’m unsure if I’d return after this visit.
