   We had the experience menu and it wasn’t up to the standard I’ve had before at Ivy Asia. The service wasn’t great either, we had to keep asking when we’d get the next course and the lady in charge seemed more than a little huffy when we asked for more water (I guess they were short staffed). I have raved about this place before but it’s gone off the boil a bit I’m afraid.

   Table of 8 for special surprise Birthday and staff from start to end of the meal were amazing, great service and food. We had the experience menu which truly was an experience and cannot wait to revisit! Thanks for a great night !!!

   Food was amazing. Staff at the bar where we ate were brilliant and attentive. It was loud and busy but the atmosphere was so fun. Our only problem was at reception. I booked a month ago . Confirmed with your e mail. We arrived maybe 3 minutes late. We were left standing at reception whilst maybe 20 more people were shown to their seats past us. We stood patiently and were told a colleague would be with us (shortly, in a second, in a minute) . Don’t know what happened. I was with a friend and we just laughed it off saying “next it might be ‘in a while’ “ . If I was on a date I may get have been more upset as it looked like I’d forgotten to book or something . Overall we absolutely loved our experience though

   Always have a great meal and experience at the Ivy Asia. Service and food is excellent I can’t rate this place highly enough. The staff are always amazing and attentive and give excellent service. The food is so good I only wish we I could eat her every day. Can’t wait to go back.

    Whilst I appreciate in the modern day the vibe is more dim lighting etc for my partner who is visually impaired this isn’t helpful as the dark setting makes it hard for him to see the food or his drinks even the toilets are dark , our mistake for not staying at the time of our booking or when we arrived so that perhaps we could be seated on the lower level floor nearer to the toilets . But I have to say the service was outstanding someone always around when you needed and even when I had to take my partner to the toilet I advised our sever I believe her name was Emily C who was so understanding , I informed her as we didn’t want her to think we were leaving without having dessert/paying even with a full glass of drink left and we came back to the table with no issue at all Only thing I would say is for someone who doesn’t like fish I enjoyed the sweet and sour prawns and black cod yet my partner as a fish lover didn’t enjoy this as he found it quite sweet
