    Wonderful restaurant, great atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Spent a lovely few hours having lunch with my daughter in law and granddaughter. Very relaxing great way to spend Boxing Day afternoon

    Disappointed with the way the bar was run. We waited for 20 minutes on the bar which wasn’t busy at all but the bar team was inattentive & ineffecient. Ultimately got the table so no drinks could be ordered on the bar while waiting. The bottle of wine ordered on the table took another 15 minutes and came after the starters! Very poor service that way.

    The table service could’ve been more attentive. There was a noticeable delay in clearing used items and there was no proactive offer of additional drinks during our visit.

    Booked a table for 8. We were put on a table for 5. The manager was rude when we said we couldn’t fit on it. We were then put on a make shift table in the walk way. The food was poor and wasn’t the quality we have had before.

    Excellent food and service as always. The manager dealt with an issue which cropped up very discretely and provided superb customer service. We will look forward to our next visit.

    We have just a family get together at Ivy Asia. It was absolutely amazing, outstanding food, good choice of cocktails and wines and the service was brilliant. A great start to the festive period- thank you!!
