   I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the extremely poor treatment my family and I received at this establishment during our recent visit. We had made a reservation for 20:30 and called earlier in the afternoon, specifically requesting a table that could accommodate our stroller, as we were dining with a three-month-old baby. However, upon arrival, we were left in an area between a sliding door and the bathroom for approximately 15 minutes. This location was not only uncomfortable but also exposed us to cold wind each time the door opened, which was highly distressing for our infant. Despite explaining the situation to Jess, the front desk manager, and repeatedly requesting to be moved to a warmer area, we were met with refusal. Jess dismissed our concerns, stating, “problems happen in restaurants,” and did not offer any further assistance or solution. This lack of empathy and attention to our situation was deeply frustrating and unacceptable. We understand that unforeseen issues can occur, but the level of disregard we experienced for our needs, particularly with a young baby, was completely inappropriate. This is not the level of service we expect from a restaurant of your caliber. We hope that you take this feedback seriously and ensure that no other guests have to endure such a disappointing experience in the future.

   The standout points were the ambience, atmosphere and service. Avoid food, nothing exceptional for its price. Thai green curry was salty, it was replaced but then the moment is ruined. Salt and pepper beef was very hard the chew.

   It was a birthday dinner with my friend. Almost every member of staff appeared to be very nice and welcoming, specially reception and cloakroom staff. However, our waitress- didn’t gave us much attention and energy, her service was very blank. Specially when she handed out the candle with “ happy birthday” was definitely lacking energy and positivity. She wasn’t even sure whose birthday it was. Food was ok, but a little bit spicy. Ambience was very nice though.

   We arrived early but the hostess was efficient and we were seated within 10 minutes of arriving. Service was excellent, Claudio our waiter was knowledgeable, was able to recommend our food and drinks based on our likes and dislikes, and nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful and so delicious! Service was efficient but we didn't feel rushed.

   Not great service this time around, really lacking in quality and the menu for vegetarians wasn’t anything special. Overall, would give a miss

   We visited as a party of four to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. While the food was excellent, the service unfortunately fell short of expectations. The servers were inattentive, and we often had to seek them out for assistance. After our main course, I even had to wipe down the table myself with a napkin, which was disappointing. On several occasions, the staff were seen standing and chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the diners. To their credit, they did offer one of my beers on the house after I mentioned the delay in receiving it. However, the overall experience could be significantly improved with more attentive and proactive service. A greater focus on customer care would make a world of difference.

   We had such a lovely forest experience at the Ivy Asia. It has stunning decor and delicious food. The waiters and waitresses were fab! Couldn’t fault it one bit 🙌🏼
