   Chicken was cold the rest was lovely but sadly service was slow and then we had a voucher to use but they wouldn’t accept as it was an email not a voucher but they hadn’t sent the voucher so lost £25 which was annoying and a complete con! To get charged £9 odd service charge too did poor service wasn’t great! I use to love this restaurant but sadly this spoiled our birthday celebrations so won’t be returning!

   We decided to head to the ivy Asia for a special birthday. The setting and the food were outstanding, but the only thing that let it down was the service. For example we were not offered any additional drinks or food throughout the meal. We also asked the waitress for help with the menu as it was our first visit but she wasn’t very helpful. To summarise, for the views, food and setting is great but the price you pay does not reflect the service you receive.

   From the moment we arrived we couldn't be made to feel more welcome; the views of St.Pauls catheadral as you walk into the restaurant are amazing. The choices on the menu were plentiful and exquisite in taste. The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful.

   Lovey service, beautiful venue. Slightly small portion size when received the afternoon tea. But overall loverly day out.

   Six of us went for lunch after a miserable morning queueing at the China visa Application Centre. Food, service, ambience were all great. Ivy Asia saved the day.

   It was a miss on every aspect. Booked at 9pm, brought to the bar and told to wait there 2 minutes which end up being precisely 25 minutes wait without any explanation as in if there was a delay or anything. When I’ve decided to ask once of the managers(seemed like one), he quickly said I am busy, and walked out while laughing with other colleague. Eventually taken to our table, although not a mere apology. Our serve was very nice, however, he either had too many tables to cope or forgotten about us. We had been offered and order one rout of drink, and that’s all we had, besides having had our glasses empty from the 10th minute. We were drinking still and sparkling water, which once drunk, bottles were taken and not even offered another one… thorough the meal we ordered couple of more plates that we liked and still no service besides the order and more plates being put on the tables on top of empty ones.. nobody would take the empty ones. There seemed to be a manager around our section, although the only appeared on our last 20 minutes and he would be telling the waiter to come to our table while he would be looking and asking him how long more we would need to finish our service so he could use our table. If anyone would have taken our dessert order quickly, we would have left even earlier. The manager seemed to be annoyed that our waiter was not coming to take our order, so he came and asked, “ so? “ so what??? Manners were lacking. Asked for the bill, yet took us 3 times to ask for it. I used to come for bdays and business events as I considered it a fancy place, not anymore. Food was really tasty, service very poor

   The set meals were far too large, too much food for each person. Quality-wise, fairly decent food however, the duck was a let down.
