Loved the experience overall - staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The ambiance is lovely, if a bit noisy due to the high ceilings. Decor is bright and fun.
Food was good but could have been warmer. Main course was not as hot as I would haven’t liked and seemed to have been served in a cold bowl, or perhaps it started life in s hot dish but sat around too long?? Not what you expect for those kind of prices…
Quality of good offering was good. Would possibly go again for a second chance.

Really enjoyed our afternoon tea today. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing. Our toddler was welcomed and catered for, which we appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return!

My main course of salmon and cod fish cakes with poached egg with side of creamed spinach was excellent but my friends minute steak was grey and tasteless. Chips were good. We both felt that there were not enough staff on floor and they were very rushed.
This is second time I have eaten here and the first was much better.
Enjoyable but could have been better

I enjoyed my meal more than my wife did hers ,the atmosphere was nice but £6 for a can of beer ? Com on and the 12 1/2%discretionary service charge I also didn't like.we always leave a tip and 10 % is plenty. Won't be back.

Positioned at the door. Chilly!
Ordered Prosecco on arrival and didn’t appear until after we had received our starter. Had to remind waitress we hadn’t received our water. When we ordered a second bottle of Prosecco again we had to remind the waitress that it hadn’t been delivered.
Food was delicious.
