   The other Ivy's I've been to have always been very good. Unfortunately this one was poor, the food wasnt presented as usual and was under seasoned, the wine was forgotten, a knife missing, pepper grinder broken, the poor waitress was run off her feet so clearly understaffed which led to delays and mistakes.

   The restaurant was very busy as it was a Thursday lunchtime but service was slow and one of our orders was incorrect which meant a delay for one guest. The Ivy did give a complimentary glass of wine and fresh vegetables but it was disappointing for an Ivy restaurant.

   Food was sublime but the service was not. Repeated requests had to be made for water and drinks which was a real shame. Our entire party ordered steaks and they were all delicious. The restaurant is stunning and although it was full we still found conversation easy.

   Poor service from start to finish and some food choices not available from menu. After 2 hours we were not yet finished and were not seated until 15 mins after our allocated seating time.

   It was very busy but the service was slow, cold coffee twice and after waiting 30 minutes for the coffee. The venue is too noisy when busy, difficult to have a conversation without having to raise your voice, acoustics are not good. Would I rush back for a business meeting, no.
