   Jordan looked after us and could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. He took the time to talk to us, engage in conversation that was more than the expected ‘service’ and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea for my Nannies 88th birthday! Food was deliscious making it all the more special!

   The Ivy is going downhill from where it was a few years ago. The menu is now tested and tried and a bit tired, the food is not fresh and tastes preprepared. The decor is still very interesting. The washroom facilities were not up to par.

   Food good. But we were freezing because of the air conditioning really cold, didn’t have dessert, couldn’t wait to leave. First time at this particular Ivy and unfortunately we won’t be returning.

   Loved our catch up lunch at The Ivy, Norwich. The decor is amazing. It is a real experience to dine here. The food was delicious and the staff were all very professional and friendly. My only slight criticism is that I feel the wines are overpriced in relation to the food prices.
