   The experience was disappointing, to say the least. The food was average, but the worst part was the service. Although the waitress initially acted polite, both she and the manager seemed stressed and unapproachable. Despite barely touching my meal, the waitress didn’t bother to ask how the food was. When it came time to pay, we noticed a 20% gratuity automatically added to the bill. Feeling that it was undeserved due to the mediocre food and service, we adjusted it to 15%, which would have been $30 instead of $36. This sparked unnecessary drama. The waitress reacted unprofessionally, making a scene and trying to guilt me over the reduced tip. When I attempted to explain politely, she turned her back and ignored me. The manager apologized, but the damage was done. To make matters worse, the hostess was equally unprofessional, loudly chewing gum and singing along to the music playing in the restaurant. It felt more like a children’s party than a dining experience. Absolutely not worth the visit or the price.

   My friend and I went for brunch on Sunday and we had an amazing time! The music was delightful and the services was super friendly. We ordered the Ivy Room Breaksfasg, The burger and cranberry mimosas; the portions were perfect and everything was delicious!

   Our server Hemal was great, very attentive, and contributed to the surprise dinner. Host Alex assisted with making sure my hopes were reflected in reservation notes, with Hemal. Thank you so much! Great customer service, will definitely be back!

   Ridiculously bad. Terrible service, limited menu, dirty tables. We got our meals before we finally got our coffee and our meals weren’t quick. It’s false to advertise this as a real restaurant to have breakfast.
