The Ivy Soho Brasserie offers a "reliable and consistent" dining experience with "delicious food" and "attentive service." The lively atmosphere and beautiful decor make it an ideal spot for pre-theatre meals or special occasions. However, guests occasionally note noise levels and slower service during peak times. The food was nice the waitress was not very good didn’t know the menu enough, or the drinks We asked for a Line and Soda water and she didn’t know what it was, in the end we went with a lime and lemonade, my wife asked a Pinot Grigio and served a blush but she wanted a white, when we ordered the food they gave us plates thinking we were sharing the starter, when it came to the dessert two of use wanted sorbet the waitress said the sorbet was blood orange, Chocolate or vanilla I’m sure the chocolate and the vanilla was ice cream not sorbet. Then they asked for £8.25 how many scoops you got the waitress said one which when it came to the bill it was only £8.25 for 3 scoops the waitress saint that was the price for 1 scoop, what you should do is say on menu is price per scoop would be easy

It was full of screaming children, not ideal as we were a party of adults, also it was just too busy so it was hard to get the servers attention, not their fault as they were working hard but you need to employ more staff at this time of year

Wir waren hier zum brunchen. Hat alles wunderbar gepasst - eine tolle Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Frühstückslokalen preislich für das was man bekommt auch angemessen. Gehen hier wieder hin ☺️

I recently dined at IVE Brasserie and was left very disappointed. It took an unacceptable amount of time—over 20 minutes—just for our first drink orders to be taken, when eventually delivered they were not what we ordered. Further drinks ordered for the main course were served alongside our desserts despite chasing for them during g the man course. The dessert, the crème brûlée was bland and tasteless. All this and it was far from busy…. To top it off, the entire establishment looked like it needed a good clean, detracting further from the dining experience, and certainly not a £100 a head one. I expected much more from a place in Soho and sadly won’t be returning.

It was the worst experience I had in London for the last 8 years. I had my friends visiting me from abroad and booked a table of 4. The poor service was absolutely a shocking. 1- I had to pick the menu’s myself in order to order. 2- Starters came quite late and then we waited 17 mins on top to get cutlery and small plates to share after requesting them 3 times in a row. (No spoon for a squash soup, no fork for the duck salad, no plate for zucchini fritti to share) cold food by the time cutlery arrived. 3- Asked for glasses to have just water 2 times. 4- One of us is vegetarian and he ordered the vegetarian curry, they brought chicken curry and my friend understood this when he has eaten half way the food. They still charged us for the dish. Didnt even bother to take out it from the bill. 5- I spoke even to the manager in the middle of the dinner saying the experience is terrible and asked if there is anything they can do to improve this before the night is over. He mentioned that he would come to our table and check out the issue but didnt bother afterwards. It was very embarrasing for me and would never like to go there again even though I have been a regular customer for the last 8 years.
