                            What a wonderful find! I met a friend that lives in Oxford so meeting here is about half way as I’m based in Salisbury. The food was so delicious and the ambience was perfect. I will be back again as I’m sure my husband would love it too. Thanks for hosting us today.

                            Second visit this month and was even better tonight. The winter margarita is a must and the cauliflower bites an essential. Being Christmas there were a lovely quartet singing. A really special evening.. thank you

                            Three of us selected the Vegan menu, which had an excellent range. Friendly polite service that was not intrusive, great tasting food and comfortable seating area. Thank you.

                            If it’s a special event avoid this pub. Called three times to arrange something but didn’t get response then when I did get call back what they said they’d do they either forgot or couldn’t be bothered to do. Very disappointing as would have been a nice moment but now lost. Food average and extremely overpriced. When staff are able to stand around you’d think they’d be able to follow through clearly no communication within. Won’t be going back!

                            It is an excellent country pub/restaurant. Friendly staff and dog friendly. I booked for the wrong number of people and the staff managed to fit in 2 extra people despite being busy. Amazing walks all around the pub.
