   Food was amazing, services would have been better I would give it a 3 out of 5 for services. Server didn’t check up on us often which made me try and hunt her down every time

   We were celebrating a birthday and received wonderful service at Jackalope Grill. Our server was gracious and welcoming and our menu selections were delicious. We look forward to a return visit!

   The night was perfect! The server was delightful and on top of things every minute. The food was also perfect, exactly what we expected to have . The owner took her time to chat with us, so cool.

   We’ve eaten many times at Jackaiope and had a wonderfuk experience. This was definitely an off night. I arrived a little early and our table wasn’t ready so I was shown into the bar. Our reservation was at 6:30 and at 6:40 I looked out into the dining area and saw our friends had already been seated, but I hadn’t even told . They been there for about 15 minutes. i ordered another cocktail like the one I had had in the bar and was told that they had run out of the of that Irish whiskey. Our friend ordered the shrimp risotto and then was told they’d run out of shrimp. Two of us ordered the schnitzel and it came with a dark brown crust and a flavorless sauce The two appetizers, however, were delicious!

   We went to Jackalope to celebrate our anniversary. The service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing (thank you Hannah!). The food is good and comforting though an occasional tweak would elevate it even more. The carpaccio came out ice cold and needed time to warm and the polenta that came with the duck breast was a bit dry and clumpy rather than creamy and smooth. But the duck breast was delicious and perfectly cooked and the pork schnitzel is paired well with the mushroom cream sauce. The dining room was not crowded on a Wednesday night and moderate noise mainly from the music played over the speakers. Overall a good experience.

   We sat quietly in the bar area…perfect atmosphere. Great cocktail the L’orange…..that beautiful orange ice ball makes it. The salmon was divine….perfect level of doneness. The apple crisp with marscapone ice cream melted into our mouths. Service was smooth. A great night out at a Bend institution that just marches on.

    We sat outside and it was beautiful quiet and peaceful! Warm too from the heaters!
