This is my favorite restaurant in Bend. It would qualify as fine dining. The service is excellent, the menu is delicious, and the ambience is unsurpassed in Bend. The decor is magical, and it is an easy place to have a wonderful conversation as a noise level is low.

Great date night dinner. Our dinner was fantastic! The duck main course was amazing and so was the Brie and salad. The bartender makes great martinis.

Our dinner at Jackalope Gril was wonderful. We had the ceaesar salad and jack Brussels for first courses and both were tasty and fresh renditions of usual fare. My duck confit was amazing and my husband's mushroom pasta featured wild seasonal mushrooms. We finished with a NY cheesecake and cognac for the perfect finale. The service was good and the restaurant ambiance lovely.

One of Bend’s most romantic dining spots. Service was exceptional. Baked Brie was a good starter. Limited menu but something for everyone. Lamb and pasta were well prepared and presented. That said, the size of their salad and scallop add on was the weak link of the evening

Having eaten at Jackalope many previous times and always had very positive feelings about it as an elegant environment with excellent food, it was a bit disappointing to have our salmon overcooked, as on several occasions previously it was perfection and such quality fish. Our server apologized and comped us dessert as well as discounting the dish, a very nice gesture on their part and one which will guarantee our return. The service was overstretched, but that in Bend seems ubiquitous sadly at least in Bend. My duck magret was cooked perfectly, so in all a mixed evening.
