My husband and I spent New Year's eve at The Keg, it was an awesome experience, the food was truly amazing, staff were very kind, and the environment was really pleasant.

Overall, the experience was not great. The only thing about the experience that was great was the waiter. He was fantastic and funny. Drink: lime margarita, the first one was fantastic, and the second one had way too much lime syrup. Appetizer: The calamari was hard and overcooked and hard to chew. I’m pretty sure it was one of those things where they just left it in way too long and didn’t care. There was definitely no inspection done on that. Dinner: Yes, we got the Oscar Sirloin. Mine in particular was over cooked. I asked for medium rare, but it was definitely medium and had lots of fatty pieces. We didn’t get any dessert as their selection was not great and everything contained dairy except for the chocolate cake . They have no variety in their menu, and the feature menu only had one option for a main. In close, I would definitely not go back to this keg again .

The Keg at Square One is by far the best Keg we have been to. Even though we live 40 minutes away but it's still worth the drive. The service is always amazing and the food is top notch. We have never been disappointed at this location.

Having been many times, this is the first time we ordered burgers and they did not disappoint. Delicious but almost too thick ! It was nice we could sub the fries for a side salad instead. The cauliflower appetizer was amazing. The calamari was a little too coated with batter for my liking, maybe offer grilled as an option? But generous portions for both!

(1) Server was attentive and helpful. She's very welcoming and gave us enough time to decide the meal we wanted to order. She also suggested an alternative to the steak sauce when we asked for one. (2) There's free parking across the resto (i.e. square one mall covered parking) but it's also convenient to use parking behind the resto itself. You just have to exchange your parking ticket with a validated one at the front desk before leaving which was also a very smooth and not too cumbersome process. (3) Tuna tartare was really good and even the lobster bisque. Sirloin and lobster were also delicious. Only minor thing about our steak was, one of the steaks was supposed to be medium well but it came as medium rare. Server did ask (when she did her rounds) how it was. We didn't bothered mentioning it to her anymore as we didn't want to make a fuss out of it but other than that, everything else was really good. Still highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing service! Food was amazing! Only hiccup, my daughter's came med well, as oppose to med rare. Manager fix the problem without hesitation. Will always come here to celebrate an occasion!
