We celebrated our anniversary, and the food was excellent. The atmosphere is sheek and modern, with live music. Was a little loud at times, but it was manageable. Our server, Bri, was fabulous and attentive to our needs. She made our night special and went above and beyond to do so. We will return and thanks.

It was fine, but I would not recommend and probably would not come again. Pretty slow service overall (took at least 30 -45 min just to get our first drinks and not super busy), and just a lot of things not quite up to par. We had 2 birthday girls at the table (which was noted on reservation), and the waiter didn't bother to tell us the kitchen was closing (9:30 pm) so that we could put in an order for dessert (let alone they give us something small like some other places do). I wanted to try this place for the live piano music, but the website doesn't specify which days and when I went they did not have the live music. In addition, they were rigid with check splitting (would've been only 4 ways), which again, after everything else, you think they maybe could've accommodated. One or two of these happening every so often aren't such a big deal but it all added up and did not make for the best birthday dinner. Food was good

It was our anniversary dinner as indicated on the reservation with open table so expecting a good experience. We are walked to a table in what seemed to be a small alcove with no lights and the three tables in that section had no place settings or table lamp. It then took 20 min for someone to take our drink order. I found it also strange that the sea bass was served on what seemed to be a side salad plate vs an entree sized plate. Made it seem like they ran out of dishes. Live music is listed as part of the experience and while there was a piano, no one was playing which was unfortunate as that was part of the reason I made reservations in the first place

Wow! Best meal we have had out in a long time! Food was exceptional. Our entrees included the lamb chops, sea bass filet and lobster pasta. All but the pasta got rave reviews. The wedge was amazing. The cocktails were divine. The dessert came out hot…chocolate chip cookies and whipped cream. Loved the ambience and the piano player. Our waiter was a little slow, but because everything else was so good, we forgive him🤣 Go here. You won’t be disappointed!

Went for lunch. Menu is extremely limited. I asked if we could get the mozzarella stick with caviar which apparently is only offered at night and the chef was kind enough to make it for us. It was delish!

My experience at The Kennedy was absolutely awful. I went in wanting to love this place, despite countless people telling me it wasn’t worth it or recommending against it. I decided to give it a shot for myself, but every single negative opinion I heard was spot on. The ambiance and decor may be beautiful, but that’s where the compliments stop. The service was shockingly unprofessional, with staff more focused on taking shots at the bar than actually tending to their tables. The food? Beyond disappointing—definitely not up to par with Houston’s competitive dining scene. To make matters worse, after sharing my honest review on Instagram, an employee of the restaurant reacted with a laughing emoji, as if my experience was a joke. That level of unprofessionalism says everything about the lack of respect and accountability at this establishment. Houston has far too many incredible restaurants to waste time on a place like The Kennedy.

I had a less than perfect experience and the management was very gracious. The cheeseburger was great and I really enjoyed the deviled eggs.
