From the moment we stepped into The Kennedy, we were met with impeccable service. The entire staff was attentive, professional and efficiency. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The management team was also present and visible, clearly dedicated to providing a top-notch dining experience. If you’re looking for a place to have a drink, the vibe is perfect. Upscale. Luxurious. 5 stars all around.

The Kennedy brings together expertly crafted cocktails, delicious food, and a vibrant ambiance. The sleek, elegant decor and live music create the perfect place for a night out. Their signature mango mezcal drink showcase creativity, while the menu of small plates and elevated bites complements the drinks perfectly. Whether for drinks with friends or a date night, The Kennedy is a must visit. I’ve been back 3 times now and each time my service has been amazing. Can’t wait to see this place thrive!

Food took over 30 min to come out and was cold. Service was pretty mediocre- took a long time to order, receive the bill, and receive general assistance.

We had our reservations for several weeks for 8 people (as you can imagine all of us with young children, this get together took a lot of planning to organize). I received a phone call the day of our reservation to confirm our group. However, when we arrived the hostess informed us that open table has been messing up their reservations and pushing large groups from tables to the side room and that they had no availability for us. She put us in the side room, which was couches with a coffee table (clearly typically used for people waiting for a table). She offered no other solutions and despite saying she would get a manager to discuss the issue, we never had one visit with us. Our group decided we could stay for a drink and dine elsewhere, but we ended up leaving bc no one ever came to take orders. The customer service was horrendous and upsetting.

Really would give it a 3.5 if I could. The food and drinks were great. They came out quickly once we were actually able to place an order. The waitress we had took a while to get to us. The staff (assuming management) were very nice and kept us in the loop. Since it was their soft opening week, the volume didn’t seem anticipated.

Food was not good I never waste fish and sea bass is one of my favorites. It’s called a piano bar but we couldn’t hear the piano and then it turns into a club scene after 9. Not what I expected

We waited nearly an hour for our table even though we had a reservation. No one really cared. We had to ask several times to check status of table. While we waited, they seated us in a waiting area, but took about 30 minutes to just get water or menus to order drinks. Once we got our table, service and food were much better and made up for the terrible start.

It was a very nice evening out. We arrived before the crowd did. The nice think they will take their time serving you or speed you through. It's up to you. We enjoyed the piano and just the over all ambience was great. We took our time, had drinks, appetizers and then dinner. We were never rushed or felt like they wanted the table. Our waitress was chill but at the same time very good taking care of anything we needed. Each item we had was great. Nothing that we wouldn't order again but there were other items we would like to try, next time for sure. If you are looking for a elegant place that doesn't at all feel stuffy this is a great option.

11/20/24 service is very slow and inefficient. Were waiting for refill of water for 20+ min. Entree we ordered didn't arrive at all. Three inquires of where’s our entree. Waiter forgot to order or kitchen was backed up, another long wait. Food: wedge salad, lobster bisque, lamb chops - all excellent quality, kudos to chefs!

On our first visit, Friday, lfor cocktails the ambience was lovely, packed with patrons and beautiful piano playing, tasty libations, good service. Our experience for dinner on Wednesday was the opposite. The music was deafening, loud speakers with a singing piano player accompanied by a beat machine at max volume. We could not hear one another speak across the table, and our server could not hear us which lead to an incorrect drink order. It killed the vibe of a sexy, sophisticated, upscale dining establishment and lended itself instead to Vegas at midnight. We asked the GM to have the music turned down & he said the musician was contracted labor so he did not have control over the volume. Sir, you are the general manager, you have control over everything in that establishment. There was a lot of staff bustling around but ultimately not sure what they are supposed to be doing. Was hoping to be dazzled by the food but the meal was mediocre. We will return again for cocktails in the bar and its well appointed space when there is solely a pianist for entertainment.
