Everyone was nice and attentive however the food boil was salty and you knew the appetizers were from the freezer and just heated how you would do at home. Nothing extra done

Not only was this THE best seafood boil I’ve ever had, the service was excellent! Elizabeth made us feel like we were right at home and the manager was right there as well. Great for a fun time for a group for sure!

The service was good the food was great, however it would have been nice to know that gratuity is included with 6 people. The price is high for the food, but worth it. The drinks were good as well. The thing is the server failed to mention gratuity is included when we tipped her around $60.00 or more- as a human being it would have been the right thing to do as- she got tipped twice :/ we felt it was extremely rude, she definitely wasn’t offering to give us back the added tip. Overall now that we know that- this can be avoided in the future.

The food was decent but it took hour and half to get our food and the waitress started out okay with the dri KS and it went down hill after that. Because she was avoiding us and she never came back to check on us. And after all we had to go through and speaking to the manager about our food she still she should get a tip on the side. Also when you with cash make sure you check your money and receipt to make sure you get the correct change back. We want be going back. First time experience we were disappointed

Restaurant did not honor my reservation, waited almost an hour for a table. When finally seated the entire restaurant was a filthy mess.

It was my daughters 16th birthday and I had spoken to the general manager through email and phone conversations prior to reserving a table for 20. I was promised the private room which I did not get because another party was there when we arrived at 7:15. We we not seated until 7:45 our party was broken up into 4 booths we could not all see or talk to each other. It took and hour to order drinks and food another 45 minutes to an hour before we could eat or drink. I and another adult had to get up to look for our server and manager s in an attempt to expedite the service. We asked for more than one server because of the party size but that didn’t happen either. Service was slow and the restaurant didn’t seem to be that full. They did comp 3 meals that did not come out when everyone else was served but that could not make up for the horrible experience.

The food was very bland and didn’t have flavor, they also didn’t have the claw cracker things which we didn’t know when we ordered, no one told us, so I’m not sure how they expected us to eat the crab legs without them.
