   One of my favourite places, we come here quite a little….we didn’t get offered any water throughout our cost, usually there is a job of water on the table. Staff never asked us if we would like any more drinks, we had to ask. We were a group of ladies and if we were asked for more drinks then we would definitely have stayed. The lounge where you have a pre drink is extremely quiet and a bit old fashioned, it would’ve been nice to have some music playing in the background to add to the atmosphere.

   Excellent service and a very enjoyable meal. My Dover sole cooked to perfection. Wide choice on menu which changes often. Lovely ambience and of course, beautiful white table linen and the famous Melba toast to nibble on. Great value for money from the table d'hote menu and the a la carte menu.

   First time eating there, our table was right opposite the entrance to the restaurant area, the doors were open and looking straight at the reception and people coming and going, so not very intimate. There were 4 of us dining and the amount of vegetables served was only suitable for two people, although they did bring us more when requested. Think the steaks were overpriced, but the other meals were ok.

   Excellent service timed so that we weren’t rushed, the food was prepared to a high standard and the ambience was not too formal and very relaxing.

   Everything was excellent, food, service, the only thing was the price of drinks, £11.00 for a glass of wine. But will definitely go again

   Would highly recommend The Kingsway Hotel, Cleethorpes as a perfect venue for a special lunch. Good food, great service and lovely surroundings. Fabulous!

    I chose this venue to catch up with previous work colleagues .. the setting was relaxed and comfortable. The menu was varied and as there was a vegetarian amongst us couldn’t find something suitable but the chef offered alternatives .. which was lovely. The staff were attentive and professional .. all in all it was a most enjoyable afternoon.
