Welcome to our famous wood panelled dining room where you can enjoy a variety of dishes carefully prepared by the experienced award winning Chefs. Inspired by a love of modern British food, the menus are built with a unique variety using the best quality produce & ingredients, much of which is locally sourced.

Whether you join us for lunch or dinner our lavishly designed lounges offer an ambient, restful space to relax, unwind and look forward to the sumptuous dining experience and are perfect for enjoying the sea views.

Our Table D’Hote menu is served Monday to Friday midday until 2.30pm with evening service from 6.30pm until 9pm and Sunday 4.pm until 7pm. Our beautifully crafted A La Carte menu is served every Saturday from Midday – 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 9pm. Our famous Sunday lunch service is from midday until 4pm.

    A Lunchtime Delight at The Kingsway, Cleethorpes Our 12:30 lunch at The Kingsway was nothing short of spectacular—a perfect midday treat that left us thoroughly impressed. Dining as a group of three, we were warmly greeted and shown to our table, where the attentive staff immediately made us feel at home. We all began with the fishcakes, which were absolute perfection. The exterior was golden and crisp, giving way to a soft, flavorful filling that was beautifully seasoned. Paired with a delicate sauce, this starter set the bar high for what was to come. For our mains, we each had the Beef Bourguignon—a dish that can only be described as a masterpiece. The beef was incredibly tender, practically falling apart with every forkful, while the rich, hearty sauce was deeply satisfying. The accompaniments were equally well-prepared, making the entire plate a symphony of flavors. Desserts were a fitting finale to this exquisite meal. I chose the trio of homemade ice cream with fresh fruit, which was both refreshing and indulgent. Each scoop was smooth and bursting with flavor, perfectly complemented by the vibrant fruit. My companions had the crème brûlée and the chocolate brownie. The crème brûlée’s caramelized top was flawlessly crisp, giving way to a silky custard beneath, while the brownie was decadently rich, with just the right balance of gooeyness and warmth. The service was impeccable throughout—attentive without being intrusive, with every detail attended to with care. The atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant, making it an ideal setting for a leisurely lunch. The Kingsway delivered an exceptional dining experience that we will be talking about for weeks to come. Whether you’re after a quick bite or a luxurious meal, this is the place to go in Cleethorpes. We can’t wait to return!

    Service was excellent from the start. Treated like VIPs. Menu was very good, good value and the food,was well oresented and delicious. A birthday card was also presented to our grandson. The ambience and surroundings were lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will be returning.

    Ambiance is lovely and very enjoyable. However our meals were once again so disappointing. We haven’t been for ages (used to be regulars). So wanted it to be good. Both of our main meals were poor. Not what you would have expected from somewhere of this quality. Vegetables were unrecognisable. Steak was fatty and chips were undercooked. Cheeseboard was very good. Love the place but the food needs to improve.

    Excellent! Took an elderly friend for lunch, he had suffered a serious stroke 2 years ago and he declared he had a wonderful meal and a wonderful day. Service was excellent and friendly. Look forward to visiting again.

    Good food in a pleasant environment. Staff were friendly and attentative . The sunday lunch is very good value and the beef was excellent
