   Poor value meal. Side salad was limp and inedible. Looked as if it had been out of the fridge for some time.

   The best roast dinner I’ve had in years, so many different types of vegetables cooked in so many ways and the most succulent meat and perfect Yorkshire’s, stuffing and roasties. Looked after brilliantly by excellent staff. Lovely and hot and just delicious!

   Excellent value for Sunday dinner, great portion and tasty food. Yorkshire’s were a bit well done for my liking and roasties too. Service was great and friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and quiet.

   No welcome when we arrived for our booking I had asked for gravy on the side and dinner came swimming in gravy!! I was told the meat is cooked in gravy which it clearly wasn’t as the underside of meat was gravy free .. there was no roast potatoes and the Yorkshire pudding was dry and tasteless The meat was tasty and there was a good selection of nicely cooked vegetables just a shame they were covered in gravy
