    バスタを食べたけれど、ペンネの芯が残っていて硬くて美味しくなかった。 女性従業員が全く笑顔がなく言葉だけが丁寧で、逆に接客に冷たい感じを受けた。 雰囲気はシャングリラだけあって最高だった。

    １人でアフタヌーンティーをいただきましたが、ゆっくり過ごさしながらもスタッフの方々が適度にお声掛けくださったので楽しく充実した時間を過ごせました。スイーツも甘すぎず、また違うシーズンのものをいただきにあがりたいです。 ただ、来店時と退店時共に受付の方の素っ気なさ、受け答えの冷たさが残念でした。私の見てくれがハイクラスなホテルに似つかわしくないと嫌がられたのかもしれませんが。

    アフタヌーンティーには斬新な蕎麦寿司がとても美味しかったです。 スコーンにつけるジャムも良かったです。 スイーツは4つあって美味しかったけど少し甘すぎました。

    夜景が美しく、静かでゆったりとしているので、とても落ち着きます ホテルのラウンジだから 仕方ないのですが、 ドリンク、フードともに お高めです。

    この夏限定のアジアンそうめんを頂きました。 薬味が変わっていて、付け合わせの鶏肉も美味しかったです。 以前あったナシゴレンがメニューから消えてしまったのが残念。

    一流高級ホテル相応のサービスと味でした。飲み物も丁寧に作ってくれてサンドイッチも注文してから時間をかけて作ってくれました。

    セイボリー、スイーツ、スコーン、どれも美味しくいただきました。紅茶もポットサービスで食事としても充分な量で大満足でした。メニューが変わった時にまた訪れたいです。
