   I wish I got the names of everyone that took care of my sister’s 50th birthday brunch because they were OUTSTANDING. Extremely attentive, super personable. Food was delicious & drinks were plentiful. Coming back for sure!

   We called ahead of time to sit outside and we were told yes on the phone. Got to lola and they told us no when we specifically asked for outside seating due to nice weather. The hostess wasn’t the friendliest and shoved us in a both. Also it was very loud. My friends and i have been there before and it has never been that loud. I think they need a better system if people ask to go outside and it’s not given. Nothing was given to us for the inconvenience and we traveled an hour very upsetting.

   Celebrated my sisters birthday here. we went for brunch such a fun place with great food. the Brunch deal was amazing and we stood after the 90 mins and bought more bottles!

    This was a terrible experience. To begin with, we made reservations 2 weeks ago for a group of 7. We assumed that because we made reservations, we would be sat inside the restaurant. To our surprise, it was 80 degrees and sunny today. As a result, the staff sat us outside in the direct sunlight, making for a sweaty and extremely uncomfortable experience. Our group was willing to wait for a table inside, but the hostesses and waitresses said there was no room inside. My question is, what is the point of a reservation if we still are not seated comfortably? We asked the waitresses if there were umbrellas available to shield us from the heat, but they were quite dismissive and consistently said they had nothing available to accommodate the blistering heat. As someone who suffers greatly from heat exhaustion, I found this experience to be extremely disappointing. For a table of 7 people, we were all squished together. This is unacceptable. On top of this, the waitress was not attentive to our table. We often had to flag her down to get her attention. We did not get the full “bottomless” experience of the Bad & Boozy Brunch. To add on, the waitress did not notify us of all the hidden charges that came with the brunch. We were charged an extra $18 for 2 bottles of water. The waitress did not notify us of this when we asked for water to simply stay hydrated in the heat. It’s a shame we were automatically charged gratuity for an experience that was not worth it. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone in the future as the staff was quite dismissive and the experience was unsatisfactory. For a brunch that is $50/person, I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience.
