Booked for NYE and a birthday.Food was delicious however there were only 5 of us and it took nearly 10 minutes for our food to come out . 3 of our steaks came out 1st and the sides came about 10mins later. We were late eaters so they weren’t that busy?

I was a little disappointed with the flavour! The steak & oyster Mushroom were tainted with what I thought was from a dirty Griddle. It wasn’t inedible but I didn’t enjoy it, which is a shame! My son had a seafood dish which was tasty, but several of the Mussel shells were empty! Another disappointment. Not sure I’d rush back which is a shame as I’ve been wanting to go for such a long time!

Beef Sunday roast for the price to other places was not great, not much beef on the plate and it was the ends

As always, we eat here pre theatre, never anything less than brilliant, it’s without doubt the best place to eat in Truro.
