   I’ve been to The Lounge a couple times and it has always been excellent. Yesterday, I went with my parents to celebrate Parents’ Day with an afternoon tea experience for them for their first time. Heather was super hospitable as always, preparing us a surprise cake for the celebration. Timothea also has been caring for my parents and I appreciate the care and wonderful service that has made this Parents’ Day celebration very memorable. Thank you, The Lounge Team!

   We visited for Afternoon tea. We made reservations but they didn’t recognize it. When we call for the first, they said it’s full. But we could make a reservation on line, I don’t know why… And many people who visited after 3pm ordered afternoon tea. Even though they took so many time to serve and we waited about 30 mins. Even the people who came after us got service before us. I think they don’t manage who came. And tea set we served was actually not perfect. One of macaron was broken. That’s not very professional. It’s very expensive tea set which costs MYR 232 per person. And it’s not even all you can drink. The server spilled water and didn’t even come back for cleaning our table until we asked for… Very bad experience. I’m sorry for the bad review but I hope you can make it better..

   The ambiance, service and food are impeccable. The afternoon tea is always a delight and the ala carte menu has so many wonderful choices. Multiple options for vegetarians.
