    Absolutely outstanding experience. Servers bartenders and runners were all fantastic, food came quickly and tasted delicious. Will definitely be back. Thanks again!

    The food was unbelievable as usual. We had a 1pm reso… it was madness checking in and then seemingly got forgotten about as we were sat until 1:30. Not ideal for a lunch reso. Not sure if they were trying to turn the whole restaurant at once but it didn’t seem well organized. I’ll be back though. The food is too delicious not too!

    We keep coming back! This time, we had a friend visiting from Portugal and had to bring her here for the tasting menu! She loved every bite... and looks forward to the next time she is able to come back for another meal! Thanks for the great service from your staff and the amazing meal! Cheers!

    Lunch Lady has been one of my go-to spots whenever I visit Vancouver. It's a restaurant that I've always made an effort to go to, bring family and friends, and wait in line... rain or shine. no matter how long the wait. That's how good it is. My husband and I have been here a handful of times starting in 2021 and I remember falling absolutely in love with their fried tofu on the vermicelli, and every time I visited -- I would continually order this dish, because I knew the tofu would be done to perfection. Perfectly crisp on the outside with a tender inside packed with flavour, firm and never soggy, always consistent. Unfortunately, this time around, the tofu fell very short of my memory and I was disappointed that I didn't get the perfect tofu as I normally do, the flavour was still there, the dish was great, but the texture was not there. it was soggy, there was no firmness, it didn't hold it's structure. It's such a small detail, but it's one that has kept me revisiting time and time again because no one else anywhere has been able to give me that kind of tofu. We will definitely still come back and visit -- I'm finally ready to graduate to a new dish!

    First time at The Lunch Lady. The food was amazing! 1:45 seems rushed for a maximum time limit dinner reservation on a Friday night in winter (February), no time to enjoy the experience of the food and vibrant atmosphere. Desserts were amazing! Highly recommended!
