   Two servers for the restaurant, hostess apologized because two big parties walked in. Food was cold, tge pizza was horrible - barely touched it after we tasted it, short rib sandwich had no meat in it and it was crunchy?? Food was not worth the cost.

   Food portion sizes were less than normal and service was a little slow, but always a nice friendly place.

   We had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner at The Mark. Wait staff did a terrific job and the food was exceptional. Will difinately eat here again.

   Calamari was superb. Wine and Mixed drink very good. Sea Bass overcooked. Turkey and Pasta good. Cranberry Orange sauce disliked by a four of us. Chocolate dessert very good.

   Our meals were all excellent…our service started out good but our server disappeared for 15-w0 minutes..we had to ask another server to bring items she didn’t..when she returned she had an attitude and seemed like she wanted us to finish..somewhat rushed.

   We ate breakfast at The Mark. It took a very long time to get our food after we ordered and the restaurant wasn’t busy - there were four tables of guests including our table. There were two waitresses on duty that morning and one was not very friendly toward us. We watched two people come in to eat. They were brought into the dining area by that server who then told them that she needed to clean off a table for them. She handed them the menus and they stood there holding the menus while the waitress cleaned and set the table. There were other empty tables. Finally, the background noise during our breakfast was the vacuum cleaner as someone vacuumed the lobby. We were disappointed in this visit.

   Our waiter was knowledgeable & attentive. The food was delivered in a timely manner, and tasted delicious. The red velvet cake for dessert was fabulous.

   The service at The Mark was exceptional – the hostesses were welcoming, and Roger provided superb hospitality. However, I felt that the food didn’t quite meet the high standard set by the Inn. The she-crab soup, though beautifully presented, was unfortunately too salty for my taste (and most likely anyone else's). Additionally, the scallops, topped with what seemed to be candied bacon, were overly sweet, giving the dish an unexpected dessert-like quality that overshadowed the main flavors. While I would have considered sending the dishes back, I was quite hungry after a long day and opted to finish them. On a positive note, the crème brûlée for dessert was outstanding, and the cocktails were both delightful and well-balanced. Thank you for a memorable evening, and I look forward to visiting again with hopes for a more balanced meal experience.
