   Our whole food order came out as soon as we ordered, the fish had not been dried properly so was oily and not a crispy more soggy that it had been pre made and had been waiting for an order. The fish itself inside was cooked perfectly and juicy but the experience was different to the main location. The service was a bit slow in terms of asking for large plates 3 times, for a large portion of fish and chips and being sent smaller plates twice. The service was friendly. The mushy peas, and the curry sauce with the main dish was not hot but luckily we ordered an extra side of curry sauce. No one checked on us on how our food was at all even when I asked for the bill. There are improvements to make, also we had made a reservation and requested a booth but on arrival we were told this was not possible for a group of 2. Then the manager said it was fine. There are clear improvements to be made but it wasn't busy restaurant so was surprised at these basic errors. I would not come back to dine at this branch location but shall definitely go back to the mayfair location.

   I asked for the best fish and chips and Mayfair Chippy delivered. Wonderful food and atmosphere. They care about your experience and it shows. Would recommend to anyone looking for great fish and chips

   Fantastic staff and really fun, joyful ambience. Artisinal chippy with well considered menu (incl. vegan) and broad selection of wines (incl. sparkling). A gem for those who enjoy chic and laidback restaurant vibes.
