   Frozen roast potatoes with my shin of beef Very disappointing. The rest of the meal was fine ,onion rings very good . But come on roast tatties from aunt Bessie.

   Lovely brunch in this excellent restaurant close to the University. Nice menu, food well presented and excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

   This was our first visit to The Meadowpark, a party of four adults, two of whom are elderly (one in a wheelchair). A lovely looking building but with limited parking and no designated bays for blue badge holders. There was no-one to greet us on arrival and I was a bit unsure where we should go, but managed to catch the eye of a member of waiting staff, who was able to help. We were allocated a table in the conservatory but found the space a bit limited to move around with the wheelchair, causing other diners to move. Three of us opted for the Sunday beef roast which was delicious, wlth tender beef and very tasty vegetable accompaniments. The only downside was the fact that the food was a little tepid when it arrived and could have been hotter. Also, the food was delivered to our table before any cutlery, which didn't help! We weren't offered any additional sauces or condiments - horseradish sauce would have been nice - but we didn't want to wait any longer when the food was already a little on the cool side. We will return but will aim for a table in the bar area with, hopefully, a bit more space for the wheelchair.

Sorry that there was no one immediately on hand to greet you, we were caught a bit short that day and table availability would have been limited with wheelchair access. We only have one designated bay which was taken unfortunately. Happy to hear that you enjoyed your meal with us and you should have been offered sauces, I will review this with staff.    Excellent lunch today at the Meadowpark, the food is always great here as is the service. The Lentil soup was amazing, as was the Fish Tacos, which we tried for the first time. We will certainly be back for more.

    Not been here in many years but definitely will be coming back far more frequently now. Service fantastic, lovely surroundings and most importantly for a restaurant is the food which was outstanding. I love a Sunday Roast but always end up disappointed knowing that I could have made far better at home, this is the first time that this has happened where the meal far surpassed my own. Can’t wait to go back 😋
