We started out with breakfast and brunch, but soon grew to add lunch and dinner to our menu. Everything on our menu is 100% vegan but you wouldn't know it if we didn't tell you. We've always believed that anything can be made both vegan and delicious. You don't have to be vegan to eat here and love it - everyone is welcome!

The Modern Vegan is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying plant-based meal! Their extensive vegan menu has something for everyone, and the fact that they serve breakfast all day is a huge plus. The chicken & waffles were fantastic—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the maple syrup. The spicy chicken sandwich actually had a real kick to it, which was a nice surprise since many places play it too safe with spice. Also, their fun alcohol shots added a great touch to the meal! Whether you’re vegan or just looking for a great meal, this place is worth checking out. I’ll definitely be back

When it came time to pay the receipt listed different prices, one for if paying in cash and one for if paying with credit (which is not stated anywhere before the end of your service). Once I was charged my receipt had different food prices than the previous receipt, one being a whole dollar difference. The changes did not equal the total that should have reflected the credit amount, I overpaid by 2+ dollars. This is not necessarily a singular issue but if this happens to every customer they are illegally overcharging their customers. I will not be back because of this reason, they feel dishonest.

My actual burger patty tasted good but the bun was cold (had it come out of the fridge??). The side salad was also tragic. Worst balsamic I've ever had and the clearly packaged carrots/lettuce were so sad. For a vegan restaurant, I'd expect a higher quality salad. For the price, I was disappointed and won't be recommending this restaurant.

The food was great, but the service was a bit spotty. We did eventually get all of our food, but it seemed our server was distracted from things like coffee refills when the restaurant was not very busy. Still, it has a great menu with tons of options. I would return.

We are not vegans, so we would say the food was very good. I ordered the b-que brisket with Mac and cheese- it was served hot, it was a large portion, and it was yummy . My husband ordered the Tomato-chicken Cavatelli, it was kinda bland. Dessert- we shared an Oh My God and it was yummy and hot, OMG! My husband drank a beer, I drank a d.coke. The price for the two of us with tip was $114. (Welcome to Vegas.) Most entrees were about $25. There is a very large menu. We think all would be satisfied. The menu also mentioned gluten free options and while there were a few items with nuts, there were many without. The restaurant isn't big. There was one large table toward the back of the restaurant. It is off the strip in a strip mall. Nothing fancy, but also not distasteful. The building is under the flight path, but not too noisy. There is a parking lot. Given LV traffic and parking, we would take Ubers there we think. There weren't too many people in at the time we were there, so it was easy to talk, but we think given the location of the big table it would be okay for socializing.
