Open to holiday makers, wedding guests and locals, the Murray Arms Hotel in Gatehouse of Fleet is an extension of Laggan, offering bed and breakfast, grazing boards between 1.00pm - 4.30pm and our supper menu from 5pm - 8.30pm.

We have undergone an extensive refurbishment, winning Hotel of the Year in 2023 for Best Design. Our new spaces include our bar area which is dog friendly and our new restaurant.

    Our company had steak, fish and chips and chicken curry. I had sticky toffee pudding. All were absolutely delicious. Staff very attentive and very pleasant. We will be back soon

    The hotel decor is just absolutely beautiful. It has a very warm and friendly ambience and the Christmas decorations were stunning. The food,drinks and service were all excellent. We would highly recommend and look forward to another visit.

    great dinner at The Murray. food was excellent and really decent portions. if one minor complaint i would say a bit too long waiting to be asked for drinks order and also delivery of it. think it could be improved / shortened a bit. but overall a great night

    Decor lovely Food always lovely although it was quite a limited menu at lunch time but still very good Staff always very attentive I highly recommend eating here We’re local and this place is a wee gem We’ll return time and time again

    Food was great when it came - just a long wait for an initial drink and menus - over 30minutes. Was a busy night but still a little too long a wait!
