The Nash, a Modern American restaurant and bar, offers diners a dynamic yet laid-back style, serving lunch, happy hour and dinner in the heart of downtown. Led by General Manager Timothy Contreras & James Beard Awarded Chef Tom Cunanan, the handsome space is located in the historic Star formerly known as the Texaco Building, that features an impressive floor to ceiling bar and open kitchen.     Ring in the New Year with us. For one night only we are offering a special 4 course pre-fixed menu. Everyone will receive a glass of champagne (21 and over) and starters for the table. Followed by soup or salad, entrees and dessert. The cost will be $95 per person and this will be the only menu we offer for the evening

      Fried risotto balls 12 hr pomodoro sauce, pecorino, truffles

                              I like to bring my clients to the Nash because they do a good job. Every time I must ask them if they can turn the extremely loud music down. It is clear after dining at lunch yesterday that I must find a new place for client lunches. It is a shame.

                              Service was slow. We had the Texas tater tots and the calamari. Neither were crispy. Both seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp before being delivered to the table. Will not be back.
