    The food and service were amazing. We eat out a lot and this was the best Sunday roast we have had, it was so good. We took 3 children with us and were offered a child portion of Sunday roast which was appreciated. We will definitely be returning

    Decore, tasteful and welcoming. Table and chairs comfortable. All perfectly clean. Good food well presented but also fullsome. All three coursed faultless. We took a chance booking a table without being there before, but knew as we walked in the door that all would be well and do it proved. Can recommend The New Boar with confidence.

    Excellent meal once again at the New Boar,never disappoints. The Sunday roast is by far the best,very attentive staff,with the Manager always on hand. Wonderful decorations for Christmas.

    Outstanding food and service. Quality advices by the managers. A touch of Italian cuisine and atmosphere in a typical English pub and village. Definitely recommended.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch to celebrate cousin Clares 70th birthday. My start of portobello mushrooms was fabulous. We had to have a dessert and they didn't disappoint. The new decor is classy and the Christmas's decor beautiful. Cosy atmosphere. Would love to know the brand of non alcoholic white sauvignon wine. It was so refreshing. Wish all a successful Christmas season. Must bring daughter next year.

    We had a lovely Sunday roast meal to celebrate my mum‘s birthday. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We will definitely go back.

    Amazing service and food as always, ribeye steak is my favourite there. Staff always friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere with the singer.
