    NOT The Palm of old. Service was good but... Don't mind high end prices if the food and prep are comparable. Ordered a steak medium and it came out black and blue. Bread basket contained a couple of morsels of yesterday's stale bread. I ask, what high end steakhouse does not have a baked potato on the menu? Answer: THE PALM. The steak (NY Strip) was nothing close to what I had at a competitor just a few weeks ago. My second bad experience at this chain.

    Good excellent tonight. Could have cooked half and half longer. Onions a bit greasy and soft but still tasty. Filet perfect. Wedge great. Shrimp Bruno new for me but excellent. And just had a bit of carrot cake. Worth the trip. Billy our waiter was terrific. Personality and attentive and a gentleman. I would recommend he didn’t call everyone boss though. I liked him. My only complaint always is no valet Show me a top notch restaurant without valet or convenient parking.

    This is our second time in a row that it was extremely warm in there. We did ask the waitress if they could turn down the heat and she was very accommodating and they did. However, it was still warm in there and ungodly hot in the bathroom.

    Our server Billy was very nice and patient even though we were the last table sat. The restaurant and management staff are always very gracious. Food was outstanding as usual.

    We love the Palm and dine here when in AC. A little dissatisfied with the Sea Bass Oscar this time. Portion was very small and the asparagus was way over cooked. I will continue to come here but just a little disappointed with the one meal.
