    My wife ordered the 8oz Filet, asked for Medium Well and It came out medium Rare. They put it back on the grill and it came back extremely over cooked. Mashed potatoes tasted like instant potatoes, not fresh! Wait staff were very friendly and the manager apologized and took care of our meal because of all the issues. We drove 90mins to try this place out, obviously we won’t be returning.

    The Palm always delivers. We went here for Christmas lunch. Everything was well prepared. The service was attentive but not intrusive. I have been eating here for 24 years and it is one of my favorite places to dine in Charlotte. Other steakhouses will come and go, but this place will always be a focal point of Charlotte dining.

    The service was exceptional. Everyone who came by to service our table came with a smile. Very good food. Every thing was exceptional. I’ve been to several Palm Restaurants and this one was my favorite.

    Our server was incredible. And everyone assisting her were fantastic as well. It was a great experience. And everyone from start to finish made it an amazing anniversary date.

    Always a Great Meal - had the special - Prime Rib - it was delicious - maybe the best I've ever had. Our server Tony always does a great job - and Joe (manager) is always there with a smile and a handshake.

    Visited first night of Holiday Prime Rib. 16 oz was split between my friend and I, and we still took most of it home. Because… had to have the bread, “the slater” appetizer, creamed spinach, AND a manhattan plus half of the bottle we brought with us. I’ve been going to The Palm for many years and it never disappoints. My friend said “it’s such a high end place, but very cozy and relaxing”.
