   Notre expérience du thé au Ritz a été absolument magique. Dès notre arrivée, l’ambiance élégante et raffinée nous a immédiatement plongé dans un univers de luxe à la britannique. Le service était impeccable, chaque membre du personnel étant attentif et chaleureux. Le thé était divin, accompagnés de délicieuses pâtisseries et de sandwiches frais, tous préparés avec soin. L’atmosphère feutrée et le cadre somptueux ajoutaient une touche d’exception à ce moment de détente. C’est une expérience inoubliable que je recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent à savourer un thé dans un lieu d’exception!

   The music was beautiful The service was great. BUT We were in the oval room, that had an aged carpet. The tables were sparsely laid out with a boring white table cloth. It felt as if someone set up the room as an afterthought. It was as uninviting to say the least. This is not what I expected from the Ritz. We asked to purchase one of the jams They brought them in a carton that didn’t close. We had to ask that they put it in a glass jar. For the price that we paid we expected a much better ambience. I would not recommend it again

   Le service a été tellement lent et parce que la réservation qu’on nous a octroyée était en fin d’après-midi (15h30), nous avons dû se dépêcher, une fois que nous avons enfin reçu nos thés et victuailles. On s’est senties brusquées et inconfortables.
