Such a great holiday tradition. Carolers and harp player provide a great holiday atmosphere. Services was good but we didn’t get any hot water refills.

This is not a handicapped accessible restaurant. There are a lot of stairs and you need a security escort to get to the restaurant. It is a very long walk for someone who has difficulty walking. The restaurant was not proactive or helpful with assisting our party.

The worst horrible Christmas dinner I ever had! Cold food presented by Rude mentally disturbed waiter! Who spilled drink on my husband and didn’t even apologize !

The service was lacking. We had to ask a different server for assistance on a few occasions. My tea cup was dirty along with my champagne flute. Our two water glasses were different sizes. We had to wait an unusually long time for our server. The table next to us complained about the same.

We go for the experience and to have a special tradition carry on with my children. The tea is delicious and the ambiance is great on Christmas. The caroler’s are an added bonus to the harpist playing. Beautiful hotel with lots of character and charm. The sandwiches were a little dry but other than that, overall a very nice experience.

This was our first high tea experience and it was absolutely fantastic. We got seated in the side room, which was much cozier and quieter than the bustling main room. It was quite charming and, for us, was a much better experience. Our waitress, Ryan, was a delight and walked us through our first experience and made it memorable by taking countless photos for us! The cherry on top was the carolers and the harpist. The whole experience was excellent and we will be doing it again.
