   Very noisy restaurant so conversation with our guests was minimal. Apparently turning the sound down was not an option. Service was poor largely because far too few wait staff were employed. Staff were friendly but service was very very slow. The food was OK, but all savoury dishes very sweet, and overpriced. Will not be returning

   We had a very enjoyable pre-theatre dinner. Service was excellent, food was well prepared and presented, and the environment was great.

   For a Friday early evening the restaurant didn’t have several options on the set pre theatre menu. The food served is of poor quality and tastes ultra processed. The churros tasted of cardboard and after one bite were left un eaten on our table. The service was poor, nobody checked on us and our food. I would NOT recommend Palm House!

   Overall, the food, ambience, and staff were very friendly. There is only a tiny issue in communication between the kitchen and the staff:” They should have a brief description before the service to know what's on the menu.” to avoid coming to the table several times and telling the customer that it's not on the menu. Food: My main course was the meat ( bistec); I ordered MR, but the beef was chewing, and I couldn't finish it.

   Looked up the place on tik tok. Thought it would be a fun brunch. It was a avg restaurant vibe. No fun music playing or live music. Maybe booked the wrong time around 3:30. Don’t know but it was dead. The nachos had cheese that was watered down and looked like soup. Strange. So didn’t bother to order anything else. Coke in a bottle was flat! The waiter was kind and replaced them which turned out fine but nachos def a No on that menu. My friend ordered tacos and hers seemed good. For the price of a drink and nachos I could have had a really nice dish somewhere. Disappointing.

   My booking on OpenTable was for two, when I arrived at the restaurant, they said it was a booking for 5, in a rather accusatory tone. The table we were eventually given was a table for four right by the door. I checked my booking email - which confirmed I only booked a table for two. Overall the dining experience here was disappointing. Long wait times for everything except the bill. The food and drinks were delicious but the waiting around for everything ruined the experience.

   The food was great. The service was little bit slow. The place was very noisy and the music was very loud. We had difficulty hearing each other while talking.

   Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The enchilada dish, for which the only option was vegan, had some alternative vegan cheese which was frankly disgusting. The Ragu also tasted quite off. The passionfruit cheesecake, while not bad, tasted as if it was recently defrosted. Service was quite poor as it took over five minutes to get a spoon for the cake. Would not recommend this one sadly.

    Waitstaff was mainly rude, rarely around. Forgot orders. Had to get up to find someone to ask for our bill bc we would’ve ordered more but they never came back even with all drinks and plates empty. Cute place tho. Tourist trap for sure
