We came to celebrate our sons 15 th birthday and it was immediately obvious that if you are not a regular at this place then well- forget it. The food was ok. Salmon under cooked- filet charred. We waited over 25 minutes for dessert to sing happy birthday to our son because he was late to meet up with friends. He actually had to get up and find the server and ask him to pack up the desserts. We still were waiting for the check when our very influential friend and regular to The Palm noticed our predicament and spoke up -only then did we got the attention we should have received from the beginning. It’s disappointing when establishments know it’s a special occasion and still cannot seem to do one thing special for a fifteen year old.

Have dined at several Palm restaurants - and will remain a fan, even though this location did not match the service at other Palm locations. Our server appeared lost, then 1/2 way through the meal, thankfully he was replaced. We did not say anything, or ask for a replacement, yet certainly glad because the experience did improve. Overall, it's a fine location, yet for the price there are many other prime steakhouses that excel beyond.

Service and Food ordered were good. However, two of the dinners were sent back bc they were not as expected. The maitre’d did not hesitate to offer us alternatives, which were very good.

I have been to almost every palm restaurant. The Palm Miami is an institution, the best team, the best atmosphere and by far the best food and staff. The management team is the most friendly outgoing and welcoming of any restaurant that I go to, and I go to a lot
