   The service and food at The Phoenician Tavern were excellent. The music was WAY too loud. We found ourselves yelling just to communicate with the person next to us. That was enough to knock the restaurant off our list of preferred places to eat.

   The food was really delicious, however everything else was a let down. The servers were all miserable. There was only one food station when the restaurant was fully booked so you had to stand in line for 10mins, not what you’d expect for the price you are paying. No real Christmas feeling or vibe. Terrible and wouldn’t recommend at all

   I had an incredible dining experience here. The atmosphere was chill and the staff were attentive. The Christmas Eve sea bass special was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I also loved pub salad with salmon. Everything was well-presented and served promptly. This is definitely a place I’d recommend for dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

   First time try. Had a difficult time finding the place. Tiny signs. However, the service was wonderful. I had the salmon sandwich, on a pretzel bun, and, it was marvelous. The Cosmo was amazing also. Hubby had the bbq wings, and, he liked them.

    There was a 20% service charge that I wasn’t aware of and the party was less than 6. The manager stated that on holidays there is typically a service fee but no where in the hotel website is the any disclaimers as such. The manager stated that open table is responsible for the service charge.
