The entire family is sure to enjoy Savannah's most intriguing & historic restaurant. At the Pirates' House, our most precious treasure is the food. Situated in Trustees Garden, merely a scant block from the Savannah River, the Famous Pirates' House is the most historic spot in Georgia. The Herb House, erected in 1734, located inside the Pirates' House, is said to be the oldest house in Georgia. The Pirates' House first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers and fast became a meeting point for blood-thirsty pirates & sailors. Parking on site.

The food and ambiance were very good but overpriced. A family of 4 should expect to pay between $150 - $200. The service was efficient but cold and unfriendly.

Service was on par, very friendly and prompt service. Dinner entre's came out so fast we were halfway done with our appetizers and still didn't have our drinks from the bar. Drinks were OK, she crab soup was very good, green tomatoes were good. Chicken tenders for my son were yummy, he inhaled them. Salmon dish for the daughter was rated just OK. Maple walnut chicken was very good. Filet Mignon requested medium came out well done and just ok flavor. the Deserts others around us had looked incredible, but we didn't partake due to being full. Overall rating was 3.5 to 4 stars.

Great family restaurant with excellent food for kids and adults! More than just a meal - the staff are welcoming & share the history of the building. The restaurant itself feels alive with spirits and hundreds of years of activity. Gift shop was awesome as well with a huge selection of tshirts and pirate gear.

Everything was great. Loved the food, I had salmon. Our waiter was awesome. He went over the menu options explaining everything, answered our questions and was on top of things. He was so attentive. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

There was no pirate because of the holiday nor did anyone give us a tour. My food was cold. Our waitress, Ali, was really friendly though.
